The project will undergo various phases for its completion. Each section will be re-mined in accordance to the construction of the new development different sections. During the first phase the two sections marked will be cleared out for the construction of the new processing plants (gold, cement, brick manufacturing and 3D facility). In the second phase, the southest heap will be cleared out and from it the firts section will be built. The third phase will be used to build the second section; the fourth, for the third section; the fifth, for the fourth section; and the sixth for the fifth and sixth section. The material not used for the building of this development will be distributed throughout Soweto and Johannesburg.
