Single-Plot Size

These drawings explain the proposal for a single-plot size house with four backyard shacks of 12.5 square meters and a single septic system. Each shack is physically attached to one of the septic compartment walls both as sanitary solution and legal foundations. The homeowner privately uses one third of the plot and the other two-thirds are rented to and shared with backyarders. The new ground level within the sunken configuration provides the new residents with a more comfortable climate environment, basic sanitary conditions, and green grass with vegetation. All these new conditions help to redefine the boundary of property both to the street level and with regards to legislation.
