Water Treatment Facility

Water from the wetlands(2) pump into the centralized system in water treatment facility operated by Rand Water, where water will turned into potable water ready for household uses. The facilityalso treat waste water from the surrounding area.
        With most of the mine located on higher ground which help transporting the water from the treatment facility to residential  area(4) in the lower ground.
