Four distinct facilities will need to be build for the processing of the material. The process starts through the gold processing plant. The material is first grinded in the ball mill (1) and the passes to the floatation tanks (2) where different materials are separated through density. The resulting slurry is then conducted to the acidification tank (3) and the pressure oxidation tanks (4). After this it passes through the Cyanidation tanks (5) and undergoes different degrees of leaching. Here the slurry is separated into two, the gold bearing mix will continue to the Carbon stripping or Elution (7) process and then to the gold electrowinning (8), where the gold particles will be fully separated from the rest of the metals. Finally, the gold will go into the furnace (9) to undergo the process of smelting to produce doré bars. Meanwhile, the remaining material after the leaching will go to the Cyanide destruction tanks (6) and then to the thickeners (10). The material from the thickener can now be used for cement production. It will pass through a filter (11), a grinding mill (12), the cyclone preheater (13), then the rotary klin (14) where it is roasted and into the clinker cooler (15), to finally be stored in the silo (16). From the silo, part of the material will be used for the brick plant and part for the 3d printed houses. The cement used for the brick production passes trough a simple production line made up of the batching machine (17), mixer (18), block making machine (19) and stacker (20). Bricks will be stored within the facility (21). For the 3D printing, the space will be used mainly for storage: the 3d printing machine (25) and the concrete trucks (24). A pair of concrete mixers (23) will also be in use.
