Muttsu no Rūto is an integrated archipelago that links 6 essential urban systems through a technocratic injection of algae. Its non-hierarchical structure and circular process, enunciates the emergence of a new systemic paradigm which viciously feeds on the waste of numerous metropolitan systems.
